I teach private lessons in my backyard as I believe the comfortable setting lends itself to how I want to teach, with emphasis on the students individual needs, their body proportions and their breath (pace). Sessions are customized for each client, the most popular are:
Introduction to Yoga (perfect for anyone who is new to yoga and wants to see what this "yoga thing" is about)
Vinyasa (movement paired with breath to work the muscles, resulting in strength and balance)
Yin (relaxing poses to work the tendons, ligaments and fascia under the muscle, resulting in increased mobility and flexibility)
Restorative (relaxing poses that are even more passive than yin, resulting in resetting the nervous system and healing)
